Pastor Buddy has been the Lead Pastor of First Baptist for over 45 years. His goal for First Baptist is to see Christians glorify God and find joy in Him always. We, at FBC, do this through worship, Bible teaching, fellowship, and discipleship. Pastor Buddy and his wife, Grace, have been married for over 50 years. They have two sons, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Reaching the lost and unsaved world for the Lord Jesus Christ is our purpose. We obey the Great Commission given to us in Matthew 28:19-20 through missions, outreach, and being the Salt of the earth and Light of the world. Living out the love and compassion of Jesus Christ in our own lives and bringing others to Him is our mission at First Baptist Church.
